RGBW Backlights

RGBW Backlights are available in sizes ranging from 120mm × 120mm up to 240mm × 480mm at 1.23″ thick, with custom sizes available. Larger sizes are available in 1.82″ [46.4mm] thick. Direct‑lit Back Lights contain 36 SMT LEDs per 120mm2 and include a standard M12 A-Code 5‑pin industrial connector for 1.23″ thick lights and M12 L-Code 5‑pin industrial connector(s) for 1.82″ thick lights. RGBW Back Lights operate at 24 VDC for industrial environments and feature durable industrial‑grade housing and an aluminum backplate. Units can operate in continuous mode and are available only with Red, Green, Blue, and White configurations. Colors can be selected/combined using simple sinking PLC relay/transistor outputs capable of supplying the current required by the light color channels.
Back Lights are used across a wide range of machine vision applications to provide high‑contrast illumination for part inspection or robot alignment. Backlighting typically delivers higher contrast and better resolution than reflective lighting.
